You know the term, “fly by the seat of your pants?” Well, that's been our philosophy for most of our adult lives – before and after meeting, falling in love and marrying. We're now taking that idea on a 14 month round-the-world trip. Follow us as we share the good, the bad and the downright nasty of life on the road.

If you think about it you probably weigh the same as if when you started the trip. Fasting and colonics (-7 lbs) plus fika (+10 lbs) minus your alcohol intake (3 lbs; yes I know this doesn’t make you lose weight but somehow I have convinced myself that my own wine intake is really helping me more than hindering me) puts you dead even! Congrats J!!! Now go eat some more of that delicious looking fika….you earned it!
Can I borrow that Fika template so my spare tire can write a letter to Za?

I’m pretty sure that only a few select people understand that comment – and believe me, my spare tire understands! I miss Za and I miss you!
