Despite his complete absence in our daily trek accounts, Bacon was with us on our Jomsom/Annapurna Sanctuary trek. For the most part he stayed in my backpack. His plan was simple. He didn’t want to see anything until we made it to the top, figuring that would be the best way to experience the Annapurna Base Camp.
Sadly, there was one snag in his plan: we forgot to take him out of my backpack.
So, in an effort to keep him from having a total meltdown, we staged this little photo shoot, figuring it would suffice. I think it’s pretty clear from his expression just how awesome he thinks the ABC is.
